Moving
Well is a women-powered pilates and somatic movement studio built on strength, science, and a whole lot of heart. This is a place where every body belongs—warmly inclusive, and welcoming to anyone who wants to move with more ease, confidence, and joy.

Moving Well is a small, intentional movement community where clients are seen, supported, and guided with care.

  • The focus is on sustainable strength, joint health, balance, and pelvic floor function.

  • The work helps clients feel stable, capable, and confident in daily activities like lifting, walking, traveling, and aging well.

  • This is Pilates for living.

I’m a friend, mother, wife, sister, daughter and so much more. I love to hike, dance, create, read, laugh and renovate old houses and I will forever have an entrepreneurial, optimistic and curious spirit. Certified as a Pilates instructor, a personal trainer, and somatic movement teacher with a background in postural assessment and pelvic floor–informed training, my practice is based in helping my clients build body awareness and improve functional movement.

My work blends classical Pilates principles with modern understanding of anatomy, rehabilitation, and nervous system regulation.

I created Moving Well to offer a smarter, kinder approach to strength—especially for women who want to age well and feel supported and empowered while building and maintaining strength, endurance and flexibility.
